Students in Professor Joyce C. Polistena’s fall course Activist Artists and Radical Prints visited some uniquely suited sites: The International Print Center where they heard a talk by the exhibition’s curator, Anne La Fond; The MMA Print Study Room; The Kentler International Print and Drawing Space in conversation with print artist, Florence Neal; and Interference Archives (I.A). I. A. is a recently opened artists’ cooperative dedicated to radical prints (and ephemera), founded by Josh MacPhee, author of Paper Politics. Our I. A. tour was hosted by performance artist Damien Luxe.
