Sue Karnet is having a sculpture from her Butoh Dancer series in an exhibition this month in the East Village at the Art on A Gallery. These sculptures attempt to convey the slow hyper-controlled motion and broad spectrum of inscrutable gestures associated with Butoh dance. The exhibition runs from 12/5 to 12/30 and the opening party is 12/7 7-9pm and the closing party is 12/28 6-8pm.
